Senegal supplanted Tunisia as the most elevated positioned African national group when the month to month measurements were discharged by football’s reality overseeing body Fifa on Thursday.

The Teranga Lions ascended from second place in the rankings following their 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying triumph in Equatorial Guinea prior this month.
