Jose Mourinho Is ‘One Of The Greatest’ Managers

Portuguese manager, Jose Mourinho, will not allow the team’s start to the current premier league season raise doubts about his greatness.

He is the only manager to win in three different European topflight, in Italy, Spain and England.

“I have won eight titles. I’m the only manager to win in Italy, Spain and England.

“Not small titles, proper titles, and my second place last season was one of my greatest achievements in football.”

United have never had a worse start to the premiership in the 2018/2019 season since the 1992-93 era.

They have lost two out of three games settling with three points out of the possible nine.

Mourinho, 55, argues with quote from a German philosopher that the records stand as that of one of the “greatest managers in the world”

“I am the manager of the one of the greatest clubs in the world but I’m also one of the greatest managers in the world,” Mourinho said in a pre-match conference.

Quoting German philosopher, Hegel, Mourinho wittily responded to the question of whether he will still regard himself as a great manager if he did not the EPL with United.

“Did you never spend time reading the philosopher Hegel? He said: ‘The truth is in the whole. It’s always in the whole that you find the truth.’

“Do you ask the same question to the manager that finished third in Premier League last season or the manager that finished fourth or fifth?”

Mourinho leads United to a week 4 tie away at Burnley on Sunday.
